Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every participant to walk away with real value. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for the call and any associated digital products.
Free 1:1 Call
If you attend the 1:1 clarity call and feel you did not walk away with at least one insight that reframes how leadership perceives you, there is nothing to lose - the call is free to attend.
How to Request a Refund
- Email dinesh@reflectionembraceyou.com within 7 days of your call date.
- Use the same email ID you registered with.
Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your booking any time before your call start time from your booking confirmation email. There is no fee involved.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds do not apply if the registration was made fraudulently, if the participant engaged in disruptive behaviour during the session, or where prohibited by law.
